Management Contracting

SDVOSB Premiere Contractor & Government Partner

We are the premiere procurement route in which work is constructed by a number of our key works contractors. Our management strategy is to work seamlessly with contractors once approved by the client early in the design process so that their experience can be used to improve the cost and buildability of projects as they develop, as well as to advise on packaging (and the risks of interfaces). It also enables some works contracts to be tendered earlier than others, and sometimes, even before the design is completed.

  • Prepare and review operational reports, schedules.
  • Set goals and deadlines for departments.
  • Program Management and Management Analyst support.
  • Analyze internal processes, such as supply changes or the disposal of records
  • Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
  • Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
  • Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.

  • Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
  • Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other local, state and federal regulations.

  • Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.
  • Develop and update project plans for information technology projects, such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.

Human Resources

  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies.
  • Advise managers on organizational policy matters.
  • Perform difficult staffing duties, including needs analysis, recruiting and retention programs.
  • Interview and select applicants.
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
